How do I switch newly-enrolled devices from an older, expired license to a new one?

If your devices are consuming seats in an expired license instead of a new one, generate a report that shows you all the devices under a license. You can do this by navigating to Advanced > Report > Add. In the Report Queries dropdown, select Device License. Then, next to Output Fields, click Add and select all items.

After you identify which devices are associated with the expired license, update their license information. In the Device menu, select the checkboxes next to the affected devices > Device command > Knox Manage > Update License.
