Where are the Knox Manage cloud servers located? What types of information are being stored on those servers?
Knox Manage cloud servers are located in the US, Ireland, Singapore, and India.
The server location is matched with the region that the customer selects during the on-boarding process (i.e. when user creates Knox Manage tenant from SamsungKnox.com)
Most of our services and products are accessible when you register an account and provide the required information. For that purpose, we collect the following information:

- User ID and password
For Knox Manage, we also store additional device info for operational purposes such as:
- Mobile ID
- Model name
- Serial number, IMEI/MEID
- MAC address
- EMM vendor and client version
- Device status (memory, mattery level, OS/firmware version, manufacturer)
- Network/SIM status (WiFi, Bluetooth, roaming, country, carrier, call, data)
Samsung doesn't collect, use, or share any personal information with third parties. All of the information including personal information between the Knox Manage server and the client on the device is encrypted with AES-256.
