Messaging
Periodically refer to the Messaging screen to review and save notices from Samsung admins. Samsung admins uniquely manage local customer and reseller approvals within the Samsung Knox ecosystem for services such as Knox Guard.
To review administrator messages:
- Select Messaging from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Refer to the following parameters within the Messaging screen:
- DATE RECEIVED - Lists the date when the Samsung administrator received each listed message on the Knox Guard console.
- MESSAGE - Displays the message title as a selectable link to review the message content in greater detail. Once selected the message displays the date sent, sender and message content.
