Once a device model is enrolled, firmware files that were released within last 1 year for that device model are automatically uploaded to the root domain in which the device model is enrolled.
The firmware list will be shown in the Software Management tab automatically within 2 days after the device is enrolled. Once all firmware files are successfully uploaded, a notification e-mail is sent to the domain administrator’s email address. The email includes details on the firmware files, including the following:
- Device model
- Firmware ID
- Source version
- Target version
- File name
- File size
