As a super admin, you may want to invite sub-admins to the Knox Cloud Services (KCS) you're subscribed to. To do so:
- Go to your Knox Admin Portal.
- Follow the solution-specific steps below to invite your desired sub-admins.
- For Knox Configure, see Administrators and roles.
- For Knox Mobile Enrollment, see Invite and manage admins.
- For Knox E-FOTA, see Manage roles.
- For Knox Manage, see Add an administrator.
- For Samsung Care+ for Business, see Manage admins and roles.
The invited sub-admins must click the Sign up button in the invitation email to complete their registration.
