Register for Knox services
To access Knox Cloud Services (KCS) consoles as a sub-admin, you must first be invited to each service by your organization's super admin. Check your work email for an invitation.
- In the invitation email, click Sign up. NOTE – To ensure you can access all your organization's KCS consoles, you must click the Sign up button in each invitation you receive.
- You'll be redirected to the registration page for the service you were invited to. Enter your work email in the field, then click Next.
- Next, you'll see an Azure AD login screen. Enter your AD user ID and click Next.
- Enter your AD password, then click Sign in.
- After verifying your AD details, click Next.
- On the Company information page, the details are pre-populated by your super admin. Click Next to proceed.
- Review and agree to the Samsung Knox agreements, then click Submit.
After completing your registration, you'll be taken to your Knox dashboard to launch the KCS solution you were invited to. If you prefer to launch directly through a Knox Configure, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox E-FOTA, or Samsung Care+ for Business console URL, you can also sign in with your AD credentials there.
NOTE – If you attempt to log into the Knox portal or a Knox Cloud Services console without first accepting the invite from your super admin, you’ll see an error message asking you to contact the super admin for a KCS invite.
