Confirm and register your license
This section describes how to ensure that your Knox Suite license is properly registered with the different Knox Suite services.
Confirm your license in the Knox Manage admin portal
When you applied for access to Knox Suite, a trial license key was automatically generated and registered for you in the Knox Manage admin portal. This section describes how to ensure that your trial license key was properly applied.
NOTE—When you purchase a commercial license key, you must manually register it in the Knox Manage admin portal.

Launch the Knox Manage admin portal from the SamsungKnox.com dashboard or through a direct URL.

Go to Setting > License.

In the License screen, confirm that a license key was automatically generated and registered for you. It must have the Knox Suite license type.

Launch the Knox E-FOTA One admin portal from the SamsungKnox.com dashboard or from the Knox Manage admin portal.

Go to the Licenses tab and confirm that the new Knox Suite license key has been added to the Licenses list.
