Launch the Knox Suite services
This section describes various ways you can launch the Knox products included with Knox Suite.
Launch a Knox service from your SamsungKnox.com dashboard

Go to SamsungKnox.com and sign in with your Samsung account.

Click Dashboard.
Your SamsungKnox.com dashboard appears.

Click Launch on the card corresponding to the service you want to open.
The admin portal corresponding to your selection opens.
Launch Knox Manage through a direct URL

Go to the direct URL for your organization's Knox Manage admin portal.
The Knox Manage login screen appears.
- Do one of the following options to sign in:
Option 1: Enter your Knox Manage admin ID (including the tenant domain you entered when you completed the registration form) and password. Then, click Sign In.
Option 2: Click Sign In with Samsung Account. In the Samsung account login screen that appears, sign in with your Samsung account.
The Knox Manage admin portal opens.
Launch Knox Mobile Enrollment or Knox E-FOTA from your Knox Manage admin portal
Knox Suite provides single sign-on (SSO) access for all Knox Suite products through your Samsung account. This allows you to open the Knox Mobile Enrollment and Knox E-FOTA One admin portals from the Knox Manage admin portal.
NOTE—You must be logged in to Knox Manage through your Samsung account to perform this procedure.

Launch Knox Manage through your SamsungKnox.com dashboard or through a direct URL.

On the upper-right corner of the Knox Manage admin portal, click Knox Services and then click the service you want to open—Knox Mobile Enrollment or Knox E-FOTA One.
The admin portal corresponding to your selection opens.
