Create a Samsung account
To use Knox Suite, you need to create a Samsung account. If you already have a Samsung account, you can skip to the next procedure.
Your Samsung account provides access to various Knox solutions and tools through the SamsungKnox.com dashboard. Your account also allows you to create support tickets if you are having issues with a product.
A Samsung account is free and you can create one in just a few minutes.
To create a Samsung account
- Go to www.samsungknox.com.
- Click Enroll on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- Enter your business email address.NOTE—Personal email accounts, such as Gmail and Hotmail accounts, are not accepted.
If your email address is already associated with a Samsung account, you're prompted to sign in to your Samsung account. Otherwise, you're prompted to create one.
- Create a Samsung account.
NOTE—Follow these steps if you are prompted to create a Samsung account. If you already have a Samsung account, sign in and skip these steps.
a. Accept Terms and conditions
b. Enter your password, name and date of birth
c. Your account has been created. Select Done.
- Read and acknowledge the Samsung Knox agreements, and click Submit.
Your SamsungKnox.com dashboard appears.

To create a Samsung account:
- Go to www.samsungknox.com.
- Click Enroll in the top right corner.
- Enter your work email address and click NEXT.
- If you're prompted to create one, create a Samsung account.
- Accept the Terms and conditions
- Fill out the basic information for your account
- Select Done. Your Samsung account is now created.
- Once you create your Samsung account, open the confirmation email you received and click the link. You're then automatically redirected to the Samsung Knox website to fill out a form with your company's details.
If your email address is already associated with a Samsung account, you're prompted to sign in to your Samsung account. Otherwise, you're prompted to create one.
Sign in to Samsung Knox
- In the top-right corner of the Samsung Knox website, hover over Sign in, then click Sign in with a Samsung Account.
- Enter your Samsung account email, then click Next.
- Enter your Samsung account password, then click Sign in.
You're now signed in and ready to start using Knox services and products.
