Why do I receive an error message when I try to configure VPN using a certificate?

There may be an issue with your certificate setup. Ensure that:
- The certificate is saved on the device SD card.

- There is no mismatch between the certificate issued to the server and the certificate authority on the VPN client. See Microsoft Technet Troubleshooting for more information.

- The EMM has implemented the certificate properly by setting up VPN outside the container with a different VPN client such as the Samsung Knox VPN Client.
In the Authentication Server logs, look for error codes. If server authentication is successful, an authenticator packet is returned to the client indicating that mutual authentication is complete.
