Getting support
This section covers how to obtain and manage support resources and contact information for KME.
Get support for KME
Knox Mobile Enrollment support resources are available from inside the KME console by selecting Support from the left-hand navigation console.
The Samsung KME support site has insightful FAQs and user guides to assist users with frequently asked questions and procedures for enrolling devices. The Release Notes section describes new features and functionality available with the most recent Samsung KME releases.
If necessary, contact the Knox Support team if you are experiencing any issues during the enrollment of your devices. For more information, go to Samsung Support.

Updating support contact information
During enrollment, end users can contact support if they have any issues. This contact information is provided when registering for Knox Mobile Enrollment, but can be periodically updated as contact information updates warrant.
To update support contact information:
- Log in to Knox Mobile Enrollment.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, select your username, and Default support information.
- Enter the following End-user support information:
- Company Name — Provide the name of the organization responsible for the end-user's device support. This is a required field.
- Company Address — Provide the address of the organization responsible for the end-user's device support.
- Support phone number — Enter the contact number of the company responsible for the end-user's device support.
- Support email address — Enter the email address of the company responsible for the end-user's device support.
- Select SAVE to commit the updates to the end user support information.
