Step 1 — Upload a device

First, you can upload thousands of Samsung devices to your Knox Mobile Enrollment console through your reseller. Trusted, Samsung-approved resellers upload devices in bulk to your console through the Knox Reseller Portal. To get started, see how you can register a reseller. Once uploaded, see how you can approve device uploads.

When it comes to smaller device fleets that weren’t purchased from a reseller, Knox Mobile Enrollment lets you upload and enroll one device at a time using the following options:

• Knox Deployment App — Using another device, you can use the Knox Deployment App to upload and enroll a device.

• QR code — You can use a QR code to upload and enroll a device in your tenant.
