View or download the activity log

This section describes how to view or download a list of activities that were performed in the MSP portal.

An activity in the activity log is defined as an action performed in the portal that affected the status of a service or device.

To view the activity log

  1. Log in to the MSP admin portal
  2. Click the Activity Log tab in the left navigation.

  3. Narrow the list as needed by doing any of the following:
    • Click the drop down under Activity log and select Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
    • Sort the list by Date.
    • Filter the activity log by Name (of the actor), Category, Event, or a combination of these.
    • Enter a keyword in the search bar.
  4. To download the activity log, click DOWNLOAD ACTIVITY LOG AS CSV in the upper-right corner of the screen.
    NOTE—Only the entries that are currently visible will be included in the CSV.
