Learn about what your tenant and admins need before they can use Knox Manage Lite view.

License requirements

The new view requires a valid and active Knox Manage or Knox Suite license to use. If you have an older license type for your Knox Manage tenant, when you ask the Samsung Knox team for access, they will upgrade it to a Knox Suite license.

If you have an account with multiple licenses, the license that is due to expire first is used to activate the new view.

Account and access requirements

In order for an admin to sign in to a Knox Manage tenant that has the new view activated, they need a Samsung account tied to your Knox account, or SSO through an identity provider linked to your Knox account.

When the new view is activated for your Knox Manage tenant, the entry point for the console is:
