I deleted an enrolled device from my knox manage console

I deleted an enrolled device from my Knox Manage console, but there are no license seats available. How do I re-enroll it?

If the device’s Knox Manage agent is deleted or it is unenrolled while not connected to a network, the server cannot update the license seat count. You can release these unused license seats with the device deactivation tool. To do this:

  1. Log in to .
  2. On the left sidebar, click Licenses > Device Deactivation .
  3. Under My Business License Key , enter your license key.
  4. Select Remove .
  5. Under Enter all IMEI numbers to remove , enter the IMEIs or serial numbers of the devices you want to deactivate.
