I deleted an enrolled device from my Knox Manage console, but there are no license seats available. How do I re-enroll it?

If the device's Knox Manage agent is deleted or it is unenrolled while not connected to a network, the server cannot update the license seat count. You can release these unused license seats with the device deactivation tool. To do this:

  1. Log in to
  2. On the left sidebar, click Licenses> Device Deactivation.
  3. Under My Business License Key, enter your license key.
  4. Select Remove.
  5. Under Enter all IMEI numbers to remove, enter the IMEIs or serial numbers of the devices you want to deactivate.
