How do I update the Knox Manage agent on my devices?

KM provides three ways to update the Knox Manage agent:

Manual Update: End-users can access the Knox Manage agent on the device and click to trigger agent update (Google Play needed). Or, the IT Admin can send the device command “Update Knox Manage Agent”.

End-user consent: It gives the option to update the agent to the end-user when the KM agent update command is reached (or triggered by profile/agent update schedule).

Force Update (Automatic Update): The policy is applicable for Android devices and it needs to be turned on from KM console > Setting > Basic Configuration > Device > Update the KM Agent for Android (Manual / User Consent / Force Update).
