How to collect browser logs

  1. Using Chrome or Firefox browser, sign in to SamsungKnox.com.
  2. Go to the page where the issue exists.
  3. With F12 or Ctrl + Shift + i on your keyboard, open developer tools. Then, click Network and enable Preserve log.
  4. Refresh the page and replicate the issue. Then, right-click any file in the network log and click Save as HAR. You can now share this HAR log file with our support team.
