A black screen appears when Knox Manage Remote Support is launched

To resolve this issue, please perform the steps from this knowledge base article and check the minimum requirements.

Also, note that the following policies should be set to Allow at the KM Admin Portal:

  • Android Enterprise > System > Screen Capture policy. And Knox > System > Screen Capture policy, for Android Enterprise Fully Managed, Fully Managed with Work Profile, and Work Profile types.
  • Samsung Knox > System > Remote Control policy, for Android Enterprise Work Profile type.
  • Knox Workspace > System > Allow Remote Control policy, for Knox Workspace.
