In order to install Knox Manage agent on devices, you can choose one of the following ways:
- Send request enrollment emails to users.
- Within the KM Admin Portal > User menu > Users and click Send Email.
- Search "Samsung Knox Manage" from Google Play.
- Use a direct download link from Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)
As the UMC-based enrollment feature has been fully discontinued since April 2020, direct (or QR) links such as "https://us01.manage.samsungknox.com/emm/umc/load?id=user@tenant" are no longer valid.
