Add public applications using Managed Google Play Private

To add applications using Managed Google Play Private, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Application.
  2. On the “Application” page, click Add.
  3. 3. In the “Select Application Type” window, select Public(Managed Google Play Private) and click OK.
  4. In the “Managed Google Play Private Apps” window, click +.
  5. Enter the application name, and click Upload APK and select the APK file to be uploaded.
  6. Click Create.
    • The private application list opens.
    • It will take 10 to 20 minutes for the new application to show on the private application list.
  7. Click the application to edit the detailed information if necessary.
    • You can add a description or screenshots for the application by clicking Make advanced edits.
  8. Close the “Publish Google Private Apps” window.
  9. On the “Application” page, click Sync MGP.
  10. In the “Sync MGP” window, click OK.
  11. To configure the unassignment option, click Modify and click the checkbox for Unassign Option to allow app uninstallation upon unassignment.
