Update a directory server’s status

Once you have added a directory server in the Knox Manage admin portal, you can update the status information of the specific directory servers on the list.

To update the directory server status, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Advanced > Directory Integration > Directory Pool.

  2. On the Directory Pool page, click the check box for a specific directory server on the list, and then click Check Directory Status to update its directory server status. You can view the updated status information of the selected directory server on the list.
