How to update the lock screen message in Knox Guard?


Precondition

Device must be locked (DevicesSelect DeviceActionManage policyLock Device)

Overview

This article provides information on to update lock screen message when device is already locked from Knox Guard.

To update lock screen message, following steps need to be followed:

KG Portal > Devices > Select Locked Device > Actions > Manage policyUpdate Lock Message > Update
