Enrollment notices
Set default enrollment values
Create the Knox Guard default messages displayed on an end user device to communicate initial enrollment and SIM card change events.
To set the default enrollment and SIM card change messages:
- Select Policies from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select ENROLLMENT NOTICES from the SETTINGS field.
- Select the Enrollment notices checkbox, if not already checked, to enable a message displayed on a user device.
- Enter a message in the Customize message field that devices receive upon successful enrollment in Knox Guard.
- (Optional) Enter a Phone number that device users can call for information about their subscription with their carrier. Phone Number must only contain #, +, * and numeric characters.
- Under Message settings, select how and when the message displays. It can be a Persistent notification or a Dismissible notification. If you select dismissible, you can also choose for the message to Show after device reboot. By default, the message will Show after enrollment is completed on the device.
- Select SIM card change to display a default message on the device when its SIM card is changed. Optionally, enter a Phone number that device users can call for information about their subscription with their carrier.
- Select SAVE to commit the default enrollment and SIM card change settings.
