No firmware available when selecting a version

Environment

• Knox E-FOTA 25.01

Overview

When configuring a Knox E-FOTA campaign, you might encounter an issue where selecting a firmware version in the Edit device and firmware dialog results in the following error:

No firmware available. Please try again.

Cause

The Knox E-FOTA team has identified the issue, and is working towards a fix.

Workaround

To resolve the issue:

1. In the Edit device and firmware dialog, select a firmware version under Firmware version. The error displays.
2. Under Firmware version, select Latest firmware.
3. Under Firmware version, select your firmware version.

After selecting your firmware version, you can continue configuring your campaign.
