Sign up for Knox Configure
Before you can start using Knox Configure, you need a Samsung Knox account. If you don't already have a Samsung Knox account, follow the steps in Set up Samsung Knox with a Samsung account to create one.
Show Knox Configure in the Knox Admin Portal
To start using Knox Configure, you'll first need to enable it in the Knox Admin Portal.

Go to www.samsungknox.com and click Sign in > Sign in with Samsung account.

Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal using your Samsung Knox account credentials.

In the upper right corner, click the account icon, then click Settings.

On the Settings page, click SHOW/HIDE SERVICES.

On the Show/hide services page, select KNOX CONFIGURE, then click CONFIRM.

Knox Configure is now accessible from the navigation pane of the Knox Admin Portal.
Generate a trial license
If you're using Knox Configure for the first time and want to try it out before purchasing a commercial license, you can create a trial license. Trial licenses are valid for three months and can support up to 30 devices.

In the botton left corner of the Knox Admin Portal, click Licenses.

If your enterprise doesn't have any Knox licenses yet, click Get a license. Otherwise, click ACTIONS, then Get a license.

You can generate a Knox Configure Setup (Staggered) or a Knox Configure Dynamic (Per seat) trial license. For details on the different types of Knox Configure licences, see License management. Select the type of license you want to generate and click GENERATE TRIAL LICENSE.

Your license is now visible on the Licenses page of the Knox Admin Portal.
Enter a commercial license
If you've purchased a commercial license for Knox Configure from a reseller partner, you can enter it in the Knox Admin Portal to start using it with Knox Configure.
To find a reseller in your region, check out the Samsung Knox reseller directory.

In the botton left corner of the Knox Admin Portal, click Licenses.

If your enterprise doesn't have any Knox licenses yet, click Enter license key. Otherwise, click ACTIONS, then Enter license key.

Give your license a descriptive Name, enter the License key, and click ADD.

Your license is now visible on the Licenses page of the Knox Admin Portal.
