Provide KC feedback

A user feedback page is available within the Knox Configure console allowing users to convey portal usability feedback, by subject and description, to a dedicated Knox KC Email distribution. Users can optionally contact Samsung Knox support if their issue requires Samsung Knox Support escalation.

To leave feedback for the Samsung Knox Configure team:

  1. Select Feedback & Support from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Select the SEND FEEDBACK button from the upper, right-hand, side of the screen.

  1. Provide a 100 character maximum Topic (Optional but helpful) name for your feedback, so the Knox support team can better group and categorize the feedback for potential portal improvements. While providing a topic is optional, it's recommended to better assist the support team.

  2. Refer to the What would you like to tell us? field to provide descriptive text up to 5000 characters for your KC feedback. This is a required field and should thoroughly describe the issue you want to communicate with the Knox Support team.

  3. Select SUBMIT when completed to send your feedback to the Knox support team.
