When unassigning a device from Knox Configure (KC), user access to the device may be blocked. This article discusses a method to restore the user's access.

How do I restore access to a device after unassigning it from a Knox Configure profile?

Hard reset the device using the hardware keys. As these steps vary depending on your device, consult your carrier's documentation for hard reset instructions.

For Samsung devices, the keys are Power+Bixby+Vol Up, Power+Home+Vol Up, or Power+Vol Up. Depending on your device model, the key combination should be long-pressed when the device is powered off.

Please note that if there are any device reset policies applied by KC or a UEM, you may not be able to reset your device with its hardware keys.
