What happens to my Knox Configure license seat if my device is lost or damaged?

If your device is lost or damaged and you want to change the device IMEI associated with your Knox Configure license, you may request a Device IMEI/Serial Number Swap by contacting your local Samsung sales office.

Ensure that you provide proof of the IMEI change. For example, you can share an invoice with the device's original IMEI along with an invoice from an authorized service center documenting the repair.

After your request's status is approved, the new device IMEI will appear in your Knox Configure console without consuming an additional license seat.
