Locate devices inside venues

Similar to the Live tracking feature on the main location dashboard map, you can also receive continuous location updates from your devices when they are inside a venue.

To use Live tracking inside a venue:

1. On the Venues page, click a Venue name.

2. Select a Building (if you have more than one building in the venue) to zoom the map to that specific building.

3. Click the Live tracking button in the top right corner of the map. You’ll receive continuous location updates for 30 seconds. If your devices are active and reporting location data, then you’ll see a dot on the map representing the device’s location. As the device moves, the dot on the map will also move.

   If this button is unavailable, zoom in until you can click the button.

4. After the 30 seconds, live tracking will stop. Click the Live tracking button once again to receive continuous updates for another 30 seconds.
