Use the Samsung Knox Portal
Your Samsung Knox Portal account allows you to access Knox services, manage license keys and create support tickets if you are having issues with a product.
Each Knox solution has a specific registration process that may require slightly different information from you. If you already know which product you need, use this table below to jump to it's specific registrations instructions :
Sign up for a Knox Portal account
A Samsung Knox portal account is free and can be created in just a few minutes. Note that in order to sign for a Samsung Knox portal, you also need to have a Samsung account. If you not yet have a Samsung account, you will be prompted to create one when you are signing up for the Knox portal.
- Go to the Samsung Knox website.
- Click Enroll.
- Enter your work email in the box provided.
- Click NEXT.
- If you already have a Samsung account, the system automatically prompts you to fill out a Knox portal form with your enterprise details.
- If you do not have a Samsung account, the system prompts you to create a Samsung Account. Once this is done, open the confirmation email you received and click the link. It automatically redirects you to fill out the Knox portal form with your enterprise details.
Samsung Knox Dashboard
The Samsung Knox dashboard is your direct access point to register for any available Knox services. Important notices regarding Knox services are also posted here, along with any new changes to Knox products.
My Knox solutions
The services that you have requested for would be shown here. If you have just created a new general account, this section would not be visible; to request for services, follow them under the 'Other solutions' section and refer Register for Samsung Knox Services. However, if you have created the account through a CTA, as mentioned in the Sign up for Samsung Knox Account page, the service that you created it for would be available under this section.
Other Knox solutions
You can request access to various Knox services under the this section. Select the APPLY NOW or TRY FOR FREE button under the respective solution.

You can submit a support ticket by clicking Submit/View support tickets on the left hand side of the dashboard.
This link redirects you to the Knox ticketing system. You can click on New to add a new ticket or also search the web-forum under Sales Resource to look for similar issues.
Submitting a ticket
Submitting a ticket is just a 3 step process. Follow these steps to add a new ticket:
After going to Submit/View my tickets, click New to add a new ticket and then follow these steps:
Step 1: Fill the required fields such as: product category, request type, product, issued country and so on.
Step 2: The 'Basic Information' would automatically be retrieved from your account. Add 'Product Details' such as Model Code, License Key, Build Number, Total Device Quantity, Issued Device Device Quantity and Issued Frequency. Finally fill info related to your solution (for example Knox Manage, Knox Configure and so on).
Step 3: Enter the Subject and Description of the problem and attach any files which can help our support team better understand the issue such as log files.
Check service status
This feature lets you know the actual status of all the Samsung Knox services if they are operational or down along with the region such as Americas, Asia and Europe. You can also subscribe to get the latest updates about service status.
This option allows you to upgrade the account by providing the paid license key which you can get from resellers. The upgraded account provides you with privileges to contact the support centers and more. A description is also provided to the when you will upgrade the account as to what those privileges are.
This lets you add another level of authentication for accessing the Knox solution by adding your mobile number.
Check license key
It allows you to see the date of issuance and expiry of the key along with the type of solution for which it is/was valid for.
Common Criteria Mode APK
Download the Common Criteria Mode APK file and refer to the latest list of certified devices for NIAP certification.
