Sign in to Knox Admin Portal

This document is new for the Knox cloud services 25.11 UAT.
This topic shows how to create a Samsung Knox account for Knox cloud services 25.11 and later releases.
Your sign-in process will depend on the credentials you’re using to sign in. You may be using one of the following accounts:
- Samsung account for Business, if you created a Samsung Knox account in Knox cloud services 25.11 or a later releases
- Personal Samsung account
- Identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity, or Okta. For more information, see Sign in with an identity provider.
You’re automatically directed to the sign-in process that matches the credentials you provide.
When you sign in with Samsung account for Business and begin using Knox services, ensure that:
- Your Samsung account for Business is active. The activation process is shared in your email invitation.
- Your company is verified and its registration with Samsung Knox is complete.
Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal
To sign in to Samsung Knox:

On SamsungKnox.com, click Sign in. The Sign in to Samsung Knox page opens.

Enter your account ID or email, and click Next:
- Enter account email if signing in with personal Samsung account. You’re redirected to the Samsung account sign in page. Click Next.
- Enter account ID if signing in with Samsung account for Business. You’re redirected to the Sign in to your Samsung account for Business page. Click Next.

Enter your password, and click Sign in. If signing in with Samsung account for Business, click Next.

Enter a verification code on the Two-step verification page, and click Verify.

Review the privacy notice and click Agree. The privacy notice is shown only for new or updated policies.
You are signed in to the Knox Admin Portal and can get started with setting up and using your Knox cloud services.
