Overview
When accessing the Knox Admin Portal with Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, you might encounter an issue where the sign-in attempt fails with the following error:
Either multiple user identities are available for the current request or selected account is not supported for the scenario.
Cause
If you’re signed in to two or more different Microsoft Entra accounts simultaneously, you’re unable to sign in to the Knox Admin Portal using Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on.
Resolution
To successfully access the Knox Admin Portal, you must sign out of all other Microsoft Entra accounts except for the one you’d like to sign in with.
