Overview
When accessing the Knox Admin Portal with Microsoft Azure AD single sign-on, you might encounter the issue where the sign-in attempt fails with the following error:
Either multiple user identities are available for the current request or selected account is not supported for the scenario.
Cause
If you’re signed in to two or more different Microsoft Azure accounts simultaneously, you’re unable to sign in to the Knox Admin Portal using Microsoft Azure AD single sign-on.
Resolution
To successfully access the Knox Admin Portal, you must sign out of all other Microsoft Azure accounts except for the one you want to sign in with.
