View the activity log

This section describes how to view or download a list of activities that were performed in the admin portal.

An activity in the activity log is defined as an action performed in the admin portal that affected the status of the service or a device.

To view the activity log:

  1. Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal. In the left sidebar, click Knox E-FOTA.

  2. Click the Activity Log tab in the left navigation.

  3. Narrow the list as needed by doing any of the following:

    • Click the Show all drop down and select Last 7 days or Last 30 days.

    • Filter the activity log by Name (of the actor), Category, Event, or a combination of those.

    • Sort the list by Date.

    • Enter a keyword in the search bar.

  4. To download the activity log, click Download Activity Log as CSV on the upper-right corner of the screen.

    Note

    Only the entries that are currently visible will be included in the CSV.
