Remove the devices from Knox E-FOTA Advanced
When you have successfully enrolled you target devices in Knox E-FOTA One, remove the devices from Knox E-FOTA Advanced.
There are two ways to do this:
IMPORTANT—Before you perform this step, make sure you have successfully enrolled your target devices. That is, their device statuses in the Knox E-FOTA One admin portal must be Enrolled.
Remove a single device from Knox E-FOTA Advanced

In Knox E-FOTA Advanced, go to Device Management.

Find the device you want to remove and click Delete.

Click OK to confirm.
When the device is updated about its deletion, the Knox E-FOTA Advanced client asks for a domain. This is a confirmation that the client has been deregistered from Knox E-FOTA Advanced.

Uninstall the Knox E-FOTA Advanced client.
Remove multiple devices from Knox E-FOTA Advanced

Create a CSV file.

For each device you want to delete, add the word DELETE on the first column and the device's IMEI in the second column.

In Knox E-FOTA Advanced, go to Device Management.

Under Registration, click Choose File, select your CSV file, and click Import.
When deletion is complete, the screen shows the number of devices that were successfully removed.

Uninstall the Knox E-FOTA Advanced client from the devices.
