This section describes how to prepare a list of devices that you will upload to Knox E-FOTA. You must save this list as a CSV file.

Open the CSV file that you exported from Knox E-FOTA Advanced.

Delete all columns except for the following:

Device ID
-
Label
-
-
Edit the CSV file so that you have the following columns:

Column A: Device ID—Required. IMEI of the device.

Column B to D: Tags—Optional. Labels that you want to associate with the device.
NOTE—A label in Knox E-FOTA Advanced is equivalent to a tag in Knox E-FOTA. You can have up to three tags for each device in the CSV file.

Delete the header row.
- Save the file.
