To complete the enrollment of your devices to Knox E-FOTA, you must install the app on devices and launch it.
TIP—We recommend using Knox Service Plugin or your EMM to install and launch the app.

Complete the enrollment process by launching the client on the devices.
At the end of this step, consumer FOTA updates from carriers are automatically blocked.
IMPORTANT—Before you proceed to the next step, make sure you have successfully enrolled your target devices. That is, their device statuses in the Knox E-FOTA admin portal must be Enrolled.
