Manage domains

This tutorial describes how to manage domains with Knox E-FOTA Advanced.

The Admin tab contains tools to manage Domains, Users, Domain Settings, and General Settings with Knox E-FOTA Advanced. This section of the guide focuses on Domains.

Domains

The Knox E-FOTA Advanced portal supports the creation of hierarchical domains. There are 2 types of domains: a root domain and a subdomain.

Subdomains are created under each root domain:

To view the domain list on the Knox E-FOTA Advanced portal, go to Admin > Domain. A filter can be applied to the domain list:

  • Type—Filter by the domain type.
  • Status—The domain status can be Active or Inactive.
  • Region—Domain region used for filtering when creating update campaigns.
