To avoid incurring mobile charges when performing a Knox E-FOTA upgrade, do the following:
- Inform your mobile device users of the upgrade.
- Instruct users to disable cellular data on their device.
- Instruct users to ensure that their device is connected to Wi-Fi.
By providing users sufficient notice of an upgrade and ensuring that their only data connection is Wi-Fi, you can avoid incurring mobile data charges.
