The IT admin connects the device to the Knox E-FOTA server by:
- Installing the Knox E-FOTA client app on the device.
- Registering the device on the Knox E-FOTA console.
After these are done, the device will no longer receive conventional software update notifications and the software update menu on device settings will be disabled. This prevents conventional over-the-air software updates on that device.
