Why do some devices fail to update after I started a campaign?

Devices require the following conditions to be able to download an update:

1. Network — The device must have a stable cellular or Wi-Fi network.
2. Battery level — The power level must be 30% or higher.
3. Available storage — The device must have available storage for the update to download.

If these conditions aren't met, the update will remain pending until the conditions are met.
