Submit a claim

You can submit your claim by walking into the nearest Samsung Service Centre

Track claim status

You can check the detailed status of your claim by logging in to your Samsung Care+ for Business portal at samsungknox.com in the Dashboard section. Additionally, you can also check the total number of claims submitted, processed, and pending in the Samsung Care+ for Business portal dashboard.
