NOTE — You will be eligible for a claim after 7 days of activation of your Samsung Care+ for Business plan.

Submit a claim

You can submit your claim through either of the following ways:

Track claim status

You can check the detailed status of your claim on samsung.servify.tech in the Track Request section.

Additionally, you can also check the total number of claims submitted, processed, and pending in the Samsung Care+ for Business portal dashboard.
