If you have not done so already, sign up for a required Samsung account and Knox Configure.

Create a Samsung account

Go to www.samsungknox.com.
Select Enroll from the upper, right-hand side of the screen.

Enter your business email address and select NEXT. Personal email accounts such as Gmail and Hotmail are not accepted in the console.

If you already have a Samsung Account linked with this email address, select Sign in. Otherwise, AGREE to the listed terms and conditions for account creation.

Fill out the required fields and select NEXT to complete the Knox Portal registration process.

NOTE - The fields in this screen may differ slightly depending on the country from which your accessing the Knox Portal.

Once submitted an email is sent to the email address provided with a link for account activation. Select DONE to acknowledge the message.

Upon receipt of the email, select the provided link to activate your account.

Request access to Knox Configure

Now that you have successfully obtained a Samsung Knox Portal account, you can request access to Knox Configure. If a Samsung Knox Portal account is still required, go to: Create a Knox Portal account.

To request access to the Knox Configure console:

Go to www.samsungknox.com and select Sign in.

The Accept our Legal Terms screen displays the terms of the Samsung Knox Privacy Policy. Review the terms of the privacy policy and select Accept to continue.

Select Dashboard from the upper, right-hand, side of the screen.
Navigate to the Knox Configure panel under Other Knox solutions and select TRY FOR FREE.

Complete the Knox Configure registration form and select Submit.
The Knox Configure team will review your request. Once your request is verified, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to access the Knox Configure console. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

If needed, consider the following alternative method for requesting access to Knox Configure:

On the Knox Portal, select Solutions and open Knox Configure.

Scroll down to the Get started portion of the screen.

Choose one of the following Knox Configure access options:

Select GET FREE TRIAL (from the upper-right hand side of the screen) or TRY FOR FREE to begin a 90 day free Knox Configure trail.
Select BUY FROM A RESELLER to purchase an annual commercial license from your local reseller. Once selected, choose from a list of resellers where you can send an invoice directly. However, you will still need to request access to Knox Configure using the TRY FOR FREE option.

Enter your login credentials for the Samsung account required to register for Knox Configure.
Complete the Knox Configure registration form and select Submit.
The Knox Configure team will review your request. Once your request is verified, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to access the Knox Configure console. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

NOTE - Once you have logged into Knox Configure for the first time, you will encounter both the Knox Configure get started carousel and auto tour. These resources display only when a new user initially logs into KC, and are designed to assist new users in understanding central KC functions and better navigate the KC console.
